Use of the platform

NextPosting provides a structured platform for workplace experiences between service leavers and employers. You must use the platform lawfully, accurately, and in line with these terms and any guidance shown in the product.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates should provide accurate profile information, apply in good faith, attend experiences they register for where required, and follow employer instructions and site rules during visits.

Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide accurate organisation and experience information, review applications fairly, communicate outcomes appropriately, and host experiences safely and professionally.

Workplace experience limitations

Workplace experiences are observational or structured exposure opportunities. They do not create employment contracts, guarantees of work, or formal job offers unless separately agreed outside the platform.

No employment guarantee

NextPosting does not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes for candidates or employers.

Account misuse

Accounts must not be used for harassment, discrimination, fraudulent applications, misuse of private employer notes, or attempts to access data outside permitted roles.

Suspension or removal

NextPosting may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, create risk to users, or undermine platform integrity during MVP operation.
