Privacy notice

Who NextPosting is for

NextPosting supports service leavers exploring civilian roles through structured workplace experiences, and employers hosting those experiences. This notice describes how information is handled in the MVP.

What information we collect

We collect account details (such as name and email), profile and organisation information you provide, experience and application data, employer assessment notes, joining information, outcome messages, feedback, and optional register-interest submissions from the public website.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the platform, manage applications and workplace experiences, support candidate–employer matching, provide joining details where appropriate, and improve the service during MVP testing.

Who can see what

Candidates control their profile completion and applications. Employers see applicant information for their own experiences only. Internal assessment notes are not shown to candidates. Joining information is limited to approved or attended candidates. Outcome messages appear to candidates only after they are sent.

Sharing and service providers

NextPosting uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage. Data is not sold. Sharing outside the platform should occur only as needed to operate the service or where required by law.

Retention

Data is retained while accounts and related records remain active and as needed for platform operation, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention periods for production launch should be confirmed during legal review.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting NextPosting using the details below. Additional rights under UK GDPR should be documented before public launch.
