What is NextPosting?

NextPosting connects service leavers with structured workplace experiences so candidates can see a role before they take it, and employers can manage applications, attendance, and outcomes in one place.

How service leavers use it

Create an account, complete your service leaver profile, browse published experiences, apply or register, then track applications, tickets, joining information, and outcomes in My Experiences.

How employers use it

Create an employer account, complete your organisation profile, publish workplace experiences for review, manage applicants, record attendance, and send candidate outcome updates.

Applications and registrations

Candidates apply through experience pages. Employers review applications, update status, and may approve, waitlist, or reject requests according to capacity and suitability.

Joining information

When an application is approved or marked attended, eligible candidates may receive joining instructions such as arrival details and what to bring. This information is not shown publicly.

Outcomes and feedback

After experiences, employers may send outcome messages and both sides can share feedback. Internal employer assessment notes remain private to the employer.
